Councillor Denis Healy - St Mary's Ward, Beverley

/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Ednn-MJg-1024x683.jpegAmongst East Riding of Yorkshire Councillors is Liberal Democrat Denis Healy. Denis was first elected to represent St Mary's Ward, Beverley, in October 2016 and was re-elected in May 2019 . His impact was felt within weeks of the election when constituents realised that he meant what he said in his election manifesto - that he would be a different kind of councillor. Denis goes the extra mile to serve his constituents - and this is setting the standard for all councillors. You can read about Denis's action file on his own website. Just click on the link below.

Linda was elected to East Riding of Yorkshire Council (and Beverley Town Council) on

and as a writer for Just Beverley magazine. She ran a succesful therapy
business for several years and was involved with the Beverley and District

already demonstrated that Liberal Democrat councillors are different in their
work ethic.

Councillors are uniquely placed to serve the community in their Wards, whether that be mending potholes, helping settle disputes, submitting grant applications, monitoring speeding or working with the Town and Parish Councils.
